<b>Plugs and couplings for electrical installations – from Europlugs right through to industrial couplings</b>

Flat plugs, central plugs, angled and compact versions enable flexible planning, even when the installation space is tight. The range also includes standardized versions for international projects – such as for Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Italy and the USA.

Depending on the application, housings made of thermoplastic, rubber and solid rubber are used – suitable for the respective protection type and mechanical load. Protection types up to IP54 enable use outside and in areas of increased humidity. Versions with an integrated LED voltage display enable visual inspections and support retests in accordance with DIN VDE 0701-0702.

BACHMANN connection technology satisfies the highest safety standards. A large number of versions are VDE or KEMA-KEUR certified and feature insulated contact carriers, strain relief sleeve systems and anti-kink protective rubber sleeves. This ensures that the connections remain reliable even with frequent movement.

The mounting system has been designed for efficiency: The wire connections are made either via conventional screw connections or with a screwless quick-release system. Generous connection spaces and a clear internal layout support quick wiring.

Particularly robust plug and coupling systems are available for demanding environments. The TPE and solid rubber housings can withstand temperatures between -40 °C and +70 °C. Model versions with protection types IP44 and IP54 guarantee reliable protection against dust, splash water and mechanical stress – even during intensive outdoor use.

Practical extras including hinged lids, hanging brackets and LED displays increase functionality in mobile installations and in commercial environments.
