IT incident overcome

After a security incident, the systems are running stably again  

In September, we have informed BACHMANN partners and customers about an IT security incident that caused numerous disruptions. In the meantime, all affected systems are running stably and resiliently again. Although the effects of the incident are still clearly noticeable internally, we have been able to successfully restore all relevant processes.  

We are pleased to be able to offer you our entire range of services in the usual quality again. With high availability concerning stock goods and the associated reliable delivery dates, we are once again guaranteeing planning security for our customers. Furthermore, we are continuously increasing our production capacity for customer-specific products and will soon have reached our full capacity again. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support, encouragement and patience over the last few weeks. Your sympathy and understanding have been both a comfort and an incentive for the BACHMANN community - this respectful interaction with each other means a lot to us. Finally, we would like to apologise once again for any inconvenience caused to you as a result of our IT security incident.
