The radio modules, based on a proprietary 868 MHz ISM band radio standard, allow socket outlets to be manually remote-controlled. The optimised module size enables the radio module to be used with almost every Bachmann product. Particular attention has been given to radio range, penetration and switching reliability.

The radio module is available in four variants

  • Basic radio module with one relay (16A switching capacity)
  • Basic radio module with three relays (16A switching capacity, can be switched individually)
  • SART radio module with one relay (16A switching capacity)
  • SART radio module with three relays (each with 16A switching capacity, can be switched individually)

EASE OF USE AND GREAT FLEXIBILITY

Our remote control system can be taught on the radio modules with a simple method that does not require buttons or hardware coding. Three switching groups are available on the remote control, each of which can be assigned to two radio modules, offering a wide range of possible switching scenarios. The flexibility and convenience of our radio technology can be seen in applications such as controlling garden lighting, pond or circulating pumps (heating), devices behind furniture and in other hard-to-reach locations, room lighting, and appliances with standby mode (e.g. entertainment systems).

The advantages at a glance

  • Easy setup and operation
  • Good radio penetration and reliability
  • Flexible use
  • Radio range min. 50m outdoors
