Regional Sales Manager (m/f)

Your duties

  • Developing the sales territory on-site in UK, especially London region
  • Building on existing customer relationships, fostering loyalty and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Specifying and implementing country-specific sales concepts
  • Advising on products and ranges, as well as launching new products
  • Recording new product requests and special versions
  • Providing samples and managing complaints in the field
  • Carrying out product training and customer-related sales promotions
  • Observing and analysing developments in competition and the market
  • Cooperating closely with the Area Sales Manager, Indoor International and Sales Marketing
  • Job type: permanent and full-time

Your profile

  • Successful completion of business management studies or equivalent training
  • Professional experience in field sales, customer care and business development
  • Experience in the office furnishing industry desirable
  • Customer-oriented attitude and behaviour
  • Ability to convince, sales aptitude and confident manner
  • Highly developed technical comprehension
  • Native speaker of English, other languages advantageous
  • Working from home, great willingness to travel >50%
